GET PERSONAL WITH YOUR WEIGHT LOSS PLAN
GET PERSONAL WITH YOUR WEIGHT LOSS PLAN
Although many people look to diets for weight loss, nutrition experts say it's possible and even preferable to create your own eating plan.
You need only remember to aim for good health, not simply weight loss; take small steps and be patient, said Lori Jones, an instructor and registered dietitian at St. Louis University.
“There are common principles in all of the healthy diets — exercise, more fruits and vegetables, cut back on the fats — regardless of who's preparing foods,” she said
That way you avoid a one-size-fits-all regimen. Those are destined to fail, because they don't fit individual needs. Here's how:
KNOW THE ABSOLUTES
The biggest factor in weight loss is the least popular: Eat less food than your body uses.
That's it. There's no other magic. There are no pills, no super sports drink, no chant or herb or spice that will burn fat without exercise.
Here's the math: Once you eat 3,500 calories more than you need, you gain a pound; eat 3,500 calories less than you need and you lose a pound.
The other choice, says Jones, is to burn more calories through exercise.
How did Mariah Carey get back her killer figure? By doing a variety of exercises in the pool and eating mini meals.
"Everyone said I was fat, so I did something about it," Carey told Life & Style.
The 36-year-old singer lost more than 30 pounds by working out in a pool and developing a diet she enjoyed.
"Basically, you can have a tiny bit of everything you want -- but it has to be less than a forkful."

Programming your mind to lose weight
Programming your mind to lose weight
I sometimes wonder how losing weight worked for me when others have such a problem. I think it was down to confidence or if you like programming my mind.
I was fully confident that I would lose weight – I was eating less and exercising more, so something good had to happen.
You have to be positive in what you are doing, if you don’t believe in what you are doing to lose weight, your body won’t believe it either.
I know it sounds silly but it does work! I know I’ve been that overweight person. It’s got to come from the heart and mind.
So believe in what you are doing, stick with it, tell yourself it is working and it will happen

Small Steps are The Biggest and Best
When you embark on a weight loss strategy it's normal for you to want to see big drops in weight.
You may well have some of those times but in reality you will have times when nothing appears to be happening.
However don't be despondent, it's better to lose weight slowly so rejoice in the fact that you are taking small steps to your goal.
Keep positive say to yourself ' I'm doing well, small steps are the best' . Try and do a bit more exercise, drink more water, eat plenty of fruit and get lots of fresh air.
Whatever yo do, don't don't don't think ' sod it I'm going to pig out this is not working'. it's so easy to give in to negative thoughts, put them out of your mind and concentrate on the positive aspects of losing weight.
Eat less than you normally do and you are bound to lose weight, it's got to happen so stick with it.
I know it's hard, I've been there, but others have done it too, you can as well.
Remember small steps are the biggest and best!

Weight Loss The Final Push
Everyone trying to lose weight, always complains about the last few lbs - it just won't seem to shift, well there are a few strategies you can try.
..Don't panic, stick with the routine, be patient, it will eventually move!
..Try changing your exercise routine, do different exercises, concentrate on cardio vascular training, you want to be out of puff when you finish. This is to maintain your metabolism at it's optimum level.
..Try eating little and often, don't go too long between meals, eat regularly, this again aids your metabolic rate.
I had similar problems but concentrated on the exercise routine. Try exercise equipment, i purchased a trampoline which I found very beneficial.
I would advise you to purchase the following, it's a revolutionary way to exercise.

Should I Count Calories
You can't lose weight without cutting down on your normal calorie intake - that's a fact. If you eat fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight!!
The body needs around 23 vitamins and minerals to maintain metabolic function. Try to get as many of these from fresh fruit and vegetables. If you have a problem with the sheer bulk of fruit then try juicing, it's much easier.
Try as much as possible to keep off pre packaged food or refined food, this takes longer for the body to absorb and holds more calories.
No matter which diet you try, you must include lots of exercise, it's essential to get your metabolism moving.
Do your best that's all you can expect and be true to yourself.

Diet and Hunger
Diet and Hunger
I know what you are thinking that diet and being hungry somehow go hand in hand. Because you are on a diet, therefore you are bound to be hungry. This is not the case, if you feel hungry at any time, drink some water, eat some fruit they fill you up and take away the hunger pangs.
Actually eating food with a higher fat content, can also reduce your hunger pangs as they keep hunger satiated 3 times longer so bear this in mind when preparing your daily intake of food.
Eat in moderation, at all times! That’s the secret.
Best of luck and keep in touch.

weight loss and diet- new strategy
DIET 4 FREE
WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to find a diet that allows you to
lose weight with no restrictions on what you eat ?
Not possible? Well you are wrong I've created a diet regime that does just
that and more!
NO RESTRICTIONS
Can you imagine how wonderful it would be to eat your favourite foods and
still lose weight, well read on. I was like you desperate to lose weight,
tried all the usual diets, little or no success. Sick of feeling hungry with nothing
to show for it. Paid a fortune for diet programmes that just didn't work
for me. Then I hit on a simple idea that, at first I thought, 'this is silly it can't
work', well how wrong I was. They say the simple things are the best, well
that couldn't be more appropriate than in this case.
PUTTING IT ALL BACK
How often have you tried a diet that works for a little while, but if you stop, you
immediately put the weight back on and more .The beauty of this
diet is it's not based on eating certain fruits or combination dieting like protein/
no carbohydrates or having specially prepared chemical drinks.
WHY DIET 4 FREE
I was so pleased to find something that worked for me, my family and friends,
that I thought let's help all those others like me. Depression,
loneliness, low self esteem, tell me about it! I,ve been there and know that
you would do anything, just to lose a little weight and feel better about
yourself.
No gimmicks, no catches, just clear, honest advice to get you started on the
road to a new you!
THE BOTTOM LINE
If you like what you've heard and wish to have my simple diet strategy, then

weight loss and water
Hi its John again, wanted to give you my experiences with weight loss and drinking water. They say you should drink 8 glasses of water a day, well I know that’s hard but contrary to opinion, any drink made with water counts towards your 8 glasses. So its not too bad if you count your coffees or teas as well.
I found that drinking water between meals reduced my appetite but if that doesn’t work for you, try some fruit, citrus fruit is best because its rich in water, fibre and vitamin C. So it’s a win/win situation!
Keep up the hard work and don’t give in to your cravings…..
